The LSX World Congress 2022 has been postponed until May
After much careful consideration and consultation with our valued stakeholders, we’ve made the decision to postpone the LSX World Congress until May 10-11 2022.
We’ve been closely monitoring the Omicron variant situation, as well as talking to and listening to the concerns of our attendees, partners and supporters. Despite the fact that we had started to curate a really strong and high-quality attendee list for the LSX World Congress, it has become clear over the last few weeks that with the uncertainty around everchanging travel restrictions, global and domestic containment measures, corporate travel bans and personal preferences, these would undoubtedly impact the vision and delivery of this event for the worse. And this is something we are not prepared to compromise on.
Whilst we considered flipping the event to a 100% virtual experience, the feedback from our community was that the overwhelming majority were keen for us to deliver a high quality, in-person experience for the LSX World Congress. We strongly believe that the best way to ensure we could do this in a safe and effective way is to move the event back to May 10-11 2022 – giving us a longer runway to allow for more certainty to prevail via the booster programme/onset of Spring etc.
I sincerely hope this doesn’t cause any inconvenience for you. We are taking all necessary steps to ensure there is a smooth transition to the new dates. The event will remain in the same venue – etc.venues 133 Houndsditch, Liverpool St, London, and will be run in the same format as was intended for February.
We strongly believe this is the best move to ensure we deliver a safe event, a fantastic in-person experience and it allows us to bring a greater degree of certainty to the event for all concerned.
Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and looking forward to working with you in the New Year.
