 Complex problems in Crohn's disease - medical and surgical challenges explored This multidisciplinary study day will examine the most difficult problems facing clinicians managing Crohn's patients including anal fistulae, long strictures and refractory disease. Radiological, endoscopic surgical and medical experts in the assessment and management of Crohn's disease will address some of the greatest challenges in this patient group. Topics will include the timing of surgery, optimal surgical approaches and techniques and combined medical and surgical management, radiological assessment and monitoring, endoscopic and surgical approaches to stricturing disease and optimised medical therapy for Crohn's disease
